    If you:
    ✅ are 15 to 30 years old
    ✅ have leadership skills
    ✅ got some skills and/or talents in hosting, video production, news/feature writing, vlogging, graphic arts, voice acting, social media management
    ✅ are willing to volunteer for an internationally-recognized Youth Media Organization
    ✅ are excited to create positive social change in the community
    ✅ are willing to attend seminars/conferences and be trained professionally through industry-related platforms

The network encourages the youth to believe in themselves in becoming the positive social change through ICT and Media. Moreover, VOTY recognizes the power of Radio and Internet as an effective tool in reaching out our advocacies to the Filipino Youth, which is to "inform, inspire, involve, and empower."
